Wild top Jets 5-1 in final preseason game

Mike Reilly scored the game-winning goal 1:36 into the third period, as the Minnesota Wild defeated the Winnipeg Jets 5-1 in their preseason finale.

Zach Parise, Christoph Bertschy, Marco Scandella and Charlie Coyle also scored for the Wild (3-3), who outshot the Jets 34-18. Devan Dubnyk saved 17 of 18 shots, and Jonas Brodin and Jared Spurgeon each added two assists.

Minnesota converted two of five power-play opportunities and held Winnipeg scoreless on the power play.
