Warriors G Curry has ankle surgery
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, out since last month, had exploratory surgery on his right ankle Wednesday.
The procedure showed a stable ankle with no structural damage, the Warriors said. Loose debris and scar tissue was cleaned out and Curry is expected to make a full recovery.
He hasn't played since March 11 and appeared in just 26 games for the Warriors this season, averaging 14.7 points and 5.3 assists.
