San Francisco, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Brandon Crawford went 3-for-3 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI to help the San Francisco Giants to a 6-0 win over the San Diego Padres on Tuesday night.
Joe Panik homered and Brandon Belt reached base three times and also scored twice for the Giants, who took their second consecutive game of this series with the Padres and won their fifth straight to begin a 10-game homestand.

"He had good stuff... He did a terrific job," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said of Vogelsong. "He pounded the strike zone very well. That's vintage (Vogelsong)."
The Giants have put together three straight shutouts during their winning streak for the first time since June 25-27, 2012.
Andrew Cashner (1-5), who has received 15 runs of support over his first six starts of the season, was dealt the loss after giving up six runs -- four earned -- on seven hits and three walks in six innings.

After a swift first inning, San Francisco cracked the scoreboard with two in the second. Belt doubled to lead things off before Crawford drew a walk. Gregor Blanco followed with a strikeout, then Justin Maxwell ripped a single right back up the box for a 1-0 lead.
Crawford moved to third on the hit and scored on Matt Duffy's groundout a batter later.
The Giants added three more in the third thanks to some timely, two-out hitting and a couple of mistakes by the Padres. Buster Posey singled with two away and Belt followed with a walk. Crawford knocked Posey in with a single to right, in which Justin Upton fired home and over catcher Derek Norris. Blanco stepped in and ripped a routine grounder down to first baseman Yangervis Solarte, who waived at the ball as it bounced into right field and allowed two more runs to score.

Panik blasted his second homer of the season onto the deck in right field in the fifth for a 6-0 cushion.
San Diego got something going in the sixth with a one-out single by Cory Spangenberg that preceded Solarte's walk which put a pair of runners on. After Matt Kemp's flyout to deep left, Upton walked before Vogelsong worked out of the bases-loaded jam with a inning-ending groundout off the bat of Norris.
