Minneapolis, MN – Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson will return to the field Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
Peterson has missed the last three games because of a high ankle sprain, which he suffered in the first quarter of a November 20 game against Oakland. Peterson was listed as probable on the team's injury report.
In 10 games this season, Peterson has rushed for 872 yards and 11 touchdowns.
