Madrid, Spain – Atletico Madrid has agreed to a new four-year contract with midfielder Mario Suarez.
The 25-year-old has come up through the ranks at Atletico and helped the club win the Europa League after spending the previous two years at Mallorca.
Suarez is now tied to the club until 2017 after appearing in 28 La Liga matches for Atletico this past campaign.
