SOCHI SCENE: 'It would be nice'
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}T.J. Oshie may be the man of the hour for Team USA hockey after scoring four shootout goals in a preliminary round game against Russia, but he's keeping the game in perspective.
He demurred when asked several questions about his accomplishment on Saturday night, saying he's not a hero, he's not sure where the game will rank among his personal bests and he'd be fine with avoiding Russia in a final if possible.
After all, it was a preliminary round game, even if it stirred up lots of excitement. The U.S. plays Slovenia in its next game on Saturday.
