Metairie, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - The New Orleans Saints signed guard Jahri Evans to a one-year contract extension and inked cornerback Kyle Wilson to a one-year deal on Wednesday.
Evans, originally a fourth-round draft choice of the Saints in 2006, has started 142 contests at right guard for New Orleans. He was chosen for a sixth consecutive Pro Bowl this past season.
Wilson played in all 16 games with the New York Jets last season and posted 26 tackles and one sack. Selected 29th overall by the Jets in 2010, Wilson has recorded 157 tackles, one sack and three interceptions in 80 career games.
