Norwich, England – Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy signed a new four-year contract on Monday.
The 25-year-old enjoyed a strong campaign for the Canaries last season as he started 37 Premier League games in goal for a side that finished 12th in its return to the top flight.
Ruddy was named to England's Euro 2012 squad this summer but had to withdraw because of an injury, and he joins both Russell Martin and Andrew Surman in committing his future to Norwich since the arrival of new manager Chris Hughton.
"I'm delighted. I have never wanted to leave Norwich since I've been here. I've had a great two years so far, and I can't wait to be a part of it for the next four years," Ruddy told the club's official website.
"I love the atmosphere around the place and it's a fantastic club to play for. We've a new manager coming in too, who I'm looking forward to working with."
