Dennis Rodman thought he knew how to party ... until he hung with Kim Jong-Un.
Rodman's partied with the best of 'em, but he says the North Korean dictator does it on a level above even the Charlie Sheens and Tommy Lees of the world.
The Hall of Famer told The Sun that he spent his seven-day visit last month lounging and drinking on Kim's private island, enjoying "seven-star" accomodations.

"It's like going to Hawaii or Ibiza, but he's the only one that lives there," Rodman told the British newspaper. "He likes people to be happy around him. He's got 50 to 60 around him all the time -- just normal people, drinking cocktails and laughing the whole time.
"If you drink a bottle of tequila, it's the best tequila. Everything you want, he has the best."
Kim's government spent $645.8 million on imported luxury goods last year, more than double the amount spent the previous year by Kim's father Kim Jong-Il, according to a South Korean parliament report published by The Daily Telegraph. That includes $30 million spent on alcohol alone.
