PHOENIX (AP) — Mark Reynolds hit a tiebreaking RBI double in the eighth inning and finished with three hits, including a three-run homer, helping the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Philadelphia Phillies 8-6 on Sunday.

Reynolds had a season-high four RBIs and Chris Young added three hits for Arizona, including two doubles. The Diamondbacks tied a season high with 15 hits, which also was the most allowed by the Phillies this year.

Chad Qualls worked a perfect ninth for his fourth save in six attempts.

Reynolds' clutch hit came off of David Herndon (0-1) and gave Arizona the series win after losing three straight sets.

Greg Dobbs hit a two-run homer and Carlos Ruiz drove in two runs for the Phillies.

Leo Rosales (2-0) earned the win.
