The wife of former Syracuse assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine reportedly had sex with players.
According to the New York Daily News, court papers filed Monday indicate that Bobby Davis, one of the former ball boys who accused Fine of molestation, said he overheard Fine's wife telling another wife of a Syracuse assistant about performing oral sex on players.
The paper said an affidavit was filed in New York State Supreme Court by attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing Davis and his stepbrother Michael Lang in a defamation lawsuit against Syracuse and head coach Jim Boeheim.

Davis and Lang filed the lawsuit after Boeheim initially said the two had lied and were only after money when accusing Fine of molestation. Fine, who was fired by the university in late November, had been Boeheim's assistant since 1976 and a friend since the 1960s.
Fine, despite the allegations, has not been charged with a crime and has denied any wrongdoing. In December, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick called Davis and Lang credible in their assertions, but added that his office could not prosecute because the statute of limitations had passed.
