Reds come to terms with RHP Stephenson

Cincinnati, OH – The Cincinnati Reds came to terms Monday handed pitcher Robert Stephenson, the 27th overall pick in this year's draft.

The 18-year-old Stephenson, who played at Alhambra High School in Martinez, California, went 7-2 with a 1.33 ERA in 13 regular season appearances. He also had 132 strikeouts and just 23 walks and 29 hits allowed in 64 innings.

Stephenson began this season with back-to-back no-hitters and pitched as fast as 98 mph.
