Rangers' Feliz to make Double-A rehab start

Texas Rangers right-hander Neftali Feliz will make his first rehab start on Monday with Double-A Frisco.

Feliz has been on the disabled list since May 21 with right elbow inflammation and was scheduled to start for Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday, but the game was rained out.

Feliz's start was moved to Monday against San Antonio, the Double-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres, because Round Rock was going on the road.

The righty was 3-1 with a 3.16 ERA in eight games this season, including seven starts, before going on the 15-day DL. He was transferred to the 60-day DL on June 16.
