Radwanska defeats Zvonareva in Tokyo final

Agnieszka Radwanska defeated fourth-seeded 3, 6-2, to win the $2.05 million Pan Pacific Open tennis event.

The 22-year-old, ninth-seeded Radwanska earned her second title of the year in as many finals appearances. Both victories came over Zvonareva, as she also defeated the 2010 Wimbledon and U.S. Open runner-up in Carlsbad back in August.

The Pole notched her sixth career title in her eighth career final.

The 27-year-old Zvonareva appeared in her 30th career WTA final and was seeking her 13th title. She's now 2-2 in her 2011 finals.

Radwanska holds a 3-2 advantage over Zvonareva in five career matchups. She collected $360,000 for her efforts.
