Saturday's final at the $220,000 Moroccan Grand Prix tennis event will pit Spanish veteran Laura Pous-Tio against Dutch newcomer Kiki Bertens.
Pous-Tio fought her way past French lucky-loser Mathilde Johansson 6-1, 2-6, 7-5, while the 20-year-old qualifier Bertens upset fifth-seeded two-time Fes runner-up Simona Halep 6-3, 6-4 on the red clay at Royal Tennis Club de Fes Complexe Sportif.
The Romanian Halep lost in the previous two finals here, including a setback at the hands of Italian Alberta Brianti in last year's title tilt.

The 27-year-old Pous-Tio, who turned professional in 2003, will appear in her first career final, while Bertens, playing in her first-ever WTA-level main draw this week, will also perform in a championship match for the first time.
The 2012 Fes champ will collect $37,000.
