Pittsburgh suspends junior forward Durand Johnson for 2014-15; no reason given by coach Dixon
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Pittsburgh junior forward Durand Johnson has been suspended for the entire 2014-15 season, with no reason given.
The Panthers made the announcement on Friday before the season opener against Niagara. Johnson averaged 13.0 points in two exhibitions this season after recovering from a torn ACL in his right knee in January.
Johnson will remain with the program and can practice with the team.
