Pirates call up C Jaramillo
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The Pittsburgh Pirates recalled catcher A Indianapolis on Thursday.
This will be Jaramillo's second stint with the major league club this season. He made the Opening Day roster before being sent to Indianapolis on April 14.
Jaramillo played in four games for the Pirates this season, hitting 5-for-14 (.357) with one RBI.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The team also selected the contract of pitcher Brian Burres from Indianapolis.
Burres, 30, went 4-5 with a 4.99 ERA in 20 games -- 13 starts -- for the Pirates last season.
