Phillies place P Garcia on 15-day DL
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Philadelphia Phillies placed pitcher Luis Garcia on the 15-day disabled list Saturday with a right forearm strain.
Garcia was recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley for the second time this season on May 8 and has a 15.75 ERA in three games out of the bullpen.
Right-hander David Buchanan was called up from Lehigh Valley to make his major league debut Saturday against the Dodgers.
