Foxboro, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - The New England Patriots released safety Steve Gregory on Friday.
Gregory joined the Patriots in 2012 after a six-year stint with San Diego. Last season, he registered a career-high 90 tackles in 14 games (11 starts).
The 31-year-old has compiled 386 tackles and seven interceptions in 111 career games.
