The Florida Panthers re-signed defenseman Keaton Ellerby to a one-year contract extension on Friday.
"Keaton is a young, mobile, hard working defenseman that continues to grow and develop," said Panthers general manager Dale Tallon. "We look forward to his continued contributions to our team both on and off the ice."
Ellerby was selected 10th overall by the Panthers in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. In 116 career games, he has registered two goals and 15 assists.
