Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – A little less than a week removed from his playoff loss at the Masters, Louis Oosthuizen is back at the top of a leaderboard.
The South African completed his second round Saturday at four-under 68, then went three under through 10 holes in his third round before play at the Malaysian Open was suspended for the day.
Oosthuizen, who made a 30-hour trip from Augusta to Kuala Lumpur after losing out on the green jacket, sits at 13-under par. Stephen Gallacher is alone in second place at minus-12 after shooting three-under through the first 11 holes of his third round.
Rafael Cabrera-Bello, Danny Willett and David Lipsky share third place at 10- under, though none of them finished their third rounds.
With the tournament set back by bad weather, the third round at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club is scheduled to be completed after play resumes Sunday at 7:45 a.m. local time.
