Ojo scores 33, leads Lehigh past NJIT 92-83

Michael Ojo scored a career-high 33 points to lead Lehigh over New Jersey Institute of Technology 92-83 on Tuesday night.
Ojo, who also reached 500-career points, scored 14 in the first eight minutes and 20 in the first half as the Mountain Hawks (9-6) led 43-33 at halftime.
Lehigh led 11-9 a little less than five minutes in and went on an 11-2 run to pull away. Jordan Hamilton made a steal at center court and drove for a layup to cap the run and put the Mountain Hawks up 22-11 with 11:46 left in the first half.

From there the Highlanders (2-10), losers of six straight, wouldn't get any closer than six points.
Gabe Knutson added 16 points, C.J. McCollum 14 and Prentice Small 10 points and seven assists for Lehigh, which won its third straight.
The Highlanders were led by Jheryl Wilson with 22 points and Isaiah Wilkerson with 19 points and 10 rebounds.
