No. 4 Duke reaches triple digits in rout of Fairfield

Durham, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Justise Winslow led four players in double digits with 18 points, and No. 4 Duke rolled to a 109-59 decision over Fairfield at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Jahlil Okafor and Quinn Cook each contributed 17 points for the Blue Devils (2-0), while Amile Jefferson totaled 15 with nine rebounds.

Marcus Gilbert picked up 15 points for the Stags (1-1). Coleman Johnson contributed 11 points off the bench in defeat.

The outcome was never in doubt from the start, as Duke led 10-4 in the early stages and extended the edge to 21-6 on a Semi Ojeleye triple just over seven minutes in.

Gilbert's jumper and trey pulled Fairfield within 33-26, but a Winslow bucket provided the hosts with a 44-30 halftime edge.

Grayson Allen's shot from distance pushed the hosts' edge over 30 points for the first time at 74-42 with 12:14 to play, and his two free throws later gave the Devils an 86-46 advantage.

Jefferson's jumper with 3:23 on the clock put Duke over 100 points.
