Melvin Gordon could be healthy enough to play against the Cardinals

Melvin Gordon must've not heard the reports about his injured ankle and missed time.
The highly-touted rookie running back was a full participant in Thursday's practice and told ESPN's Eric D. Williams he's healthy enough to play against the Arizona Cardinals.
"Yeah, that's how it's looking," Gordon told Williams after practice.
Things are looking up for the Chargers, too. They'll take any break they can get to further acclimate their top draft pick to the professional game.
Gordon feels the same way. He told reporters that his six-carry, 11-yard debut wasn't good enough.
"I just want to go out there and be sharp," Gordon said. "That's the whole thing about training camp, to go out there and be clean in everything you do."
Head coach Mike McCoy said he hasn't made a decision about Gordon's availability. But if Gordon says he's good to play, expect him to get some looks.
