McIlroy beats Kim in Shanghai Masters playoff

Rory McIlr i Masters by parring the first playoff hole to defeat Anthony Kim.

McIlroy and Kim both finished regulation at 18-under 27 e69 on Sundayolf Club. Since the event is not sanctionedany tour, no points were awarded for the vic, only money.

The difference between first and second was rather large, with McIlroy taking home $2 milli Kim's $750,000.

Hunter Mahan (70) dy(73) shred third at a distant 13-under, whee Westwood (67) finishedat 12-under.
