For the Atlanta Falcons, this is a team who drafted multiple intriguing rookies during the 2015 NFL Draft. One of those names? Former East Carolina star wide receiver Justin Hardy.
To this point in 2015, Hardy hasn't tallied a single catch, and has actually been inactive through the first seven weeks of the season. Well, quarterback Matt Ryan gave some positive feedback on him, according to Vaughn McClure of ESPN.
Hardy also told ESPN, that he's just going through and "enjoying this process."
"It's a growing process." Hardy told McClure. "You've got to enjoy this process. Like I've said, I've been in situations like this, and I feel like I know how to handle the situation. I look at the positive in everything. It's a chance to make sure I know everything that I need to know so that when my name is called, I can ball."
Hardy sounds like a man patiently waiting in the wings and ready to make plays as soon as his number is called. If you ask Ryan, that time may come sooner than later.
