New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams and Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker were named the AFC's top players for the month for November.
Luck, the offensive player of the month, completed 61.1 percent of his passes for 1,280 yards with 12 touchdowns and two interceptions for a 112.0 passer rating in November. He led the Colts to a 3-1 record for the month, passing for at least 300 yards and two touchdowns with a passer rating of 100.0 or better in three of the four games.
Williams, the defensive player of the month, led the AFC and tied for first in the NFL with 6 1/2 sacks and posted 11 tackles in four November games. He posted at least one sack in three of four games during the month, including a season-high 3 1/2 sacks against Miami in Week 11.
The special teams honoree, Tucker, converted all seven field-goal attempts and all 12 PATs for a total of 33 points in four November games. Tucker was one of two AFC players with at least seven attempts and a perfect field-goal percentage this month.
