Brezno, Slovakia – Denmark's Line Vedel posted a three-under 69 on Sunday to earn her first Ladies European Tour title at the Ladies Slovak Open.
Vedel finished at seven-under 209 and won by two strokes at Golf Resort Tale.
After a one-hour plus weather delay for thunderstorms, Vedel, a second-round co-leader, rebounded from two early bogeys. She rattled off five birdies in a nine-hole span around the turn, then hung on when no one else got close.
Caroline Masson also had a three-under 69 on Sunday and took second at minus- five.
Nantaya Srisawang (70) and Veronica Zorzi (71) shared third at three-under 213. Frances Bondad (71) and Jessica Yadloczky (73) tied for fifth at two- under par.
Jenni Kuosa, who shared first with Vedel at the start of the final round, struggled to a 10-over 82 on Sunday and sunk into a tie for 42nd at six-over par.
