Kyle Busch loses driver's license

NASCAR driver Kyle Busch pleaded guilty Tuesday for driving 128 mph in a 45 mph zone and will have to spend the next 45 days without a driver's license.

Iredell County District Judge Thomas Church revoked Busch's license and fined him $1,000, although the Sprint Cup points leader will be able to race in NASCAR events, just not on public roads.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Busch agreed to sponsor 10 driving schools that will benefit 300 teenage drivers.

Busch's speeding citation came May 24 near the North Carolina town of Troutman.
