Johnson scores 2 TDs as Titans down Bucs

Jake Locker struggled in his first start for the Titans, but Tennessee nonetheless picked up a 30-7 preseason win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Locker completed only 4-of-11 passes for 21 yards with an interception, but did run for 24 yards on a pair of carries.
Matt Hasselbeck threw for 29 yards on 4-for-5 passing in limited action for Tennessee, which lost its first preseason game against Seattle.

Chris Johnson, who only ran for eight yards on five carries in the opener, rebounded with 46 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Josh Freeman went 4-for-10 for 21 yards with a touchdown pass to Mike Williams, while both of Tampa Bay's featured running backs struggled. LeGarrette Blount was held to 11 yards on eight carries while rookie Doug Martin carried the ball seven times for 23 yards.
Tampa Bay scored first after safety Ahmad Brooks picked off Locker and returned the ball to Tennessee's two-yard line. Two plays later, Freeman found Williams to go ahead, 7-0.

Johnson tied the game late in the first quarter. Johnson capped a four-play drive with a 14-yard scamper for a score.
The Titans took advantage of a pair of turnovers to take the lead.
Tampa Bay quarterback Dan Orlovsky was sacked and fumbled in the second quarter. Leger Douzable recovered the ball at Tampa Bay's 10-yard line, but Tennessee was forced to settle for a 24-yard field goal by Rob Bironas to go ahead, 10-7.

On the next Bucs possession, defensive back Chris Hawkins intercepted Orlovsky and took the ball to Tampa Bay's 14-yard line. Two plays later, Johnson found the end zone to expand the lead to 17-10.
After Bironas drilled a pair of field goals, Rusty Smith capped the scoring for Tennessee with a 15-yard strike to Cameron Graham in the fourth quarter.
