Dallas defensive tackle Jason Hatcher has a pretty good idea what Rob Ryan is telling his players in New Orleans while getting ready to face the Cowboys less than a year after they fired him.

Hatcher smiles at the memory last season of Ryan preparing the Cowboys to face Cleveland, the previous team to let him go after just two years. The Dallas defender says he doesn't "remember all the details."

It was personal for Ryan a year ago and figures to be again Sunday night.

It will be for the Cowboys, too — in a positive way. They have fond memories of Ryan.
