James Madison shuts out Elon, 51-0

ELON, N.C. (AP) Vad Lee threw for 198 yards and two touchdowns and added 66 more yards on the ground to help lead James Madison to a 51-0 victory over Elon on Saturday.
Cardon Johnson finished with 165 yards rushing and Khalid Abdullah had 75 yards on the ground with each adding two TD's apiece for James Madison (7-0, 4-0 Colonial Athletic Association). As a team the Dukes finished with 406 yards rushing and five touchdowns and held a 604-289 advantage in total yards.
Johnson ran 80 yards for a score on James Madison's third offensive play of the game and the Dukes never looked back, taking a 34-0 lead at halftime.

Daniel Thompson finished with 130 yards passing for Elon (2-5, 1-3).
The game was the first shutout for James Madison since October of 2008.
The Dukes have won all four meetings between the two schools.
