Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew and wide receiver Cecil Shorts will not play in Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Jones-Drew missed practice all week with a hamstring injury. The UCLA product has carried the ball 208 times for 719 yards and five touchdowns in 13 games this season.
Shorts has been dealing with a groin injury and will miss his first game of the season.
Safety Johnathan Cyprien (thigh) will also sit out.
