The decision by Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan to retain head coach Gus Bradley for the 2016 season was met with enthusiasm inside the Jacksonville locker room.

Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles said he was pleased Bradley will get another year to continue reshaping the team into a playoff contender.

Via the Florida Times-Union:

Bradley is just 12-25 in three seasons as head coach, including 5-10 so far this year. While the results haven't been there thus far, defensive tackle Roy Miller said the onus is on the players to make the team a winner.

The Jaguars close out the season on the road against the Houston Texans on Sunday.
