Less than six months ago, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell tore his MCL. The injury required surgery and forced the star back to miss the remainder of the 2015 season.

His recovery process has been well documented as he's provided fans with updates on social media. That continued this week, when he shared a new video of himself throwing down a ferocious dunk Monday, which is extremely impressive just six months after surgery ... or did he?

It turns out the video might not be new, despite it appearing that way, with the hashtag #OnAMission -- which is partly a reference to his song, and seemingly an ode to his road to recovery.

Last July, Bell posted a similar dunk montage in which he's wearing the same clothes and practicing at the same gym.

It seems like Bell may have pulled a fast one and pranked everyone, including his Twitter followers, who were in awe of Bell's leaping ability after the injury. Bell appeared to be trolling them by retweeting their praising tweets.

Nice try, Le'Veon. But it doesn't look like the video is new. A brilliant prank it was, though.

Despite the video (probably) being an old one, it wouldn't surprise us in the least if Bell was indeed dunking at this point in the rehab process. The guy is a freakishly athletic player.
