RALEIGH, North Carolina (Reuters) - Carolina Hurricanes right winger Scott Walker has been ruled out for four to six weeks with a shoulder injury, the NHL team said on Tuesday.
The 36-year-old Canadian underwent surgery on the injury on Tuesday and is the latest addition to a lengthy injury list this season for Carolina.
The Hurricanes have won just 11 games out of 41 and are bottom of the Southeast division of the Eastern Conference.
