VANCOUVER -- Canucks were loud outside of Rogers Arena by early afternoon and the local 5 p.m. Pacific time start for Game 5. Horns blaring, lots of Go Canucks Go. Everyone seemed confident, and you get the idea that local fans are nervous, they are going to work through the anxiety with some noise. There's been lots of talk about who will score the first goal.
