Hemed hands Mallorca vital win

Tomer Hemed scored in the fourth minute of added time to give Mallorca a vital 2-1 win at Granada on Sunday, greatly aiding the club in its battle against relegation.
Mallorca moves within four points of safety but still remains second from bottom in Spain's top flight with 21 points on the season.
The visitors fell behind early in Sunday's affair at Los Carmenes as Nolito gave Granada the lead in the ninth minute, but Alfaro managed to equalize just four minutes later.

The two sides remained deadlocked at a goal apiece until the dying moments when Hemed scored deep into second-half stoppage time to secure Mallorca's first La Liga win since December 22.
Granada has lost three league matches in a row to remain on 26 points.
Malaga 0, Atletico Madrid 0

Malaga, Spain - There was little between Malaga and Atletico Madrid at La Rosaleda on Sunday as the two clubs played to a 0-0 draw.
Atletico managed to make up some ground on first-place Barcelona following its loss to Real Madrid on Saturday. Diego Simeone's men improve to 57 points on the season, climbing to within 11 points of the Catalans.
Malaga improves to 43 points, good enough to remain in fourth place for another week.

Espanyol 0, Valladolid 0
Barcelona, Spain - Espanyol and Valladolid remain two points apart in the La Liga table after playing to a 0-0 draw at the Estadi Cornella-El Prat on Sunday.
Espanyol could have moved one point ahead of Miroslav Dukic's side with a victory, but it was held scoreless to improve to 32 points on the season.

Real Sociedad 3, Real Betis 3
San Sebastian, Spain - Real Sociedad and Real Betis split the points in a 3-3 thriller at the Anoeta on Sunday.

Jorge Molina and Dorlan Pabon got visiting Betis off the mark with goals in the 29th and 49th minutes, respectively. Real Sociedad answered with Carlos Vela, Inigo Martinez and Xabi Prieto scoring three goals in the span of 11 minutes, but Pabon equalized for Real Betis shortly after to earn his side a point and complete his brace.
The two sides remain separated by a single point as they continue their quest for a European qualification spot.
