Hawks add G Willie Green

The Atlanta Hawks signed free agent guard Willie Green on Thursday.

Green averaged 8.7 points and 2.1 rebounds in 77 games with New Orleans last year. He spent his first seven seasons with Philadelphia before joining the Hornets for the 2010-11 campaign.

The 30-year-old has averaged 9.3 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 499 career games.
