Memphis, TN – Marreese Speights and Marc Gasol led a balanced Memphis attack with 17 points apiece as the Grizzlies defeated the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers, 109-101.
Speights also had 10 rebounds, while Rudy Gay added 15 points, O.J. Mayo dropped in 14 and Tony Allen contributed 13 points, eight rebounds and a franchise-record eight steals.
Mike Conley rounded out Memphis' double-digit scorers with 12 points as the Grizzlies earned their 10th straight victory at home.
With the win, Memphis pulled within a half-game of the idle Clippers for the fourth seed in the Western Conference.
Kyrie Irving finished with a game-high 25 points for Cleveland, which lost for the 17th time in its last 21 games.
