Green finished 5-of-8 from 3-point range in just under 27 minutes of action.
Goran Dragic added 19 points, Markieff Morris had 16 points and 14 rebounds and P.J. Tucker chipped in with 11 points, seven rebounds and four steals for the Suns, who have won two straight after dropping three in a row.
Kyle Lowry finished with 28 points and 13 assists while Terrence Ross and Amir Johnson donated 22 and 20 points, respectively, for the Raptors, who had won two straight entering the contest.
