Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval scratched from lineup with elbow discomfort

Third baseman Pablo Sandoval was scratched from the San Francisco Giants lineup for their game against the Colorado Rockies on Sunday because of right elbow discomfort.

Sandoval had three at-bats Saturday as the Giants are givign their regulars more game time.

Joaquin Arias replaced Sandoval at third base.
