Gervinho makes Roma switch

Ivory Coast international Gervinho has completed a move to Serie A side Roma, it was announced Thursday.
The 26-year-old found first-team football hard to come by at Arsenal last season and was limited to mostly appearances off the bench for the Gunners.
Gervinho, capped 45 times for the Ivory Coast national team, enjoyed spells Beveren and Le Mans before making a name for himself at Lille. A switch to the Premier League in 2011 has not yielded the desired results as he moves away from the Emirates for an undisclosed fee to become Rudi Garcia's 13th signing of the summer.
