Fujita back with Browns after suspension lifted

Browns linebacker Scott Fujita is practicing for the first time since his three-game suspension was overturned.

Fujita was banned from the team's facility last week before a three-member appeals panel ruled in his favor and for three other players suspended by the NFL for their roles in the Saints' bounty program. Fujita is expected to meet soon with commissioner Roger Goodell to discuss the case.

Fujita did not play in the season opener against Philadelphia. He was reinstated to the 53-man roster Tuesday. Browns coach Pat Shurmur would not commit to Fujita starting this week when the Browns visit Cincinnati. Shurmur said Wednesday that he would wait until the end of the week before making any decisions.

Fujita is listed as Cleveland's starting strongside linebacker on the team's depth chart.
