Flames defeat Canucks 4-2, take 2-1 lead in playoff series

TJ Brodie had a goal and an assist, and the Calgary Flames beat the Vancouver Canucks 4-2 on Sunday night to take a 2-1 lead in their first-round playoff series.

Brandon Bollig, Sam Bennett and Sean Monahan also scored for the Flames, who host Game 4 on Tuesday night.

Shawn Matthias and Jannik Hansen had goals for the Canucks.

Calgary's Jonas Hiller and Vancouver's Eddie Lack each stopped 23 shots.
