Fischer's brace leads Ajax past Cambuur

Amsterdam, Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - Viktor Fischer netted a pair of goals for Ajax to lead the team to a 3-0 win over Cambuur at the Amsterdam Arena on Sunday.

With Ajax already assured of second place, the team took a bit to get going on Sunday, but Fischer finally opened the scoring in the 57th minute before adding a second goal five minutes later.

Lasse Schone capped the scoring for the hosts seven minutes from time, while Cambuur offered little resistance as the club has already secured its place in the Eredivisie for next season.

Champions PSV Eindhoven collected their 28th win in 33 matches as the club notched a 2-0 home victory against Heracles.

Memphis Depay opened the scoring after 32 minutes just a few days after he agreed to a deal to join Manchester United this summer, while Jetro Willems added a second goal midway through the second half.

AZ Alkmaar used goals from Robert Muehren and Aron Johansson in the final seven minutes to complete a 3-2 comeback win over NAC, while Tomas Necid's goal in the 74th minute was enough for Zwolle to claim a 1-0 victory at Groningen.

Jesus Corona scored a pair of second-half goals to lead Twente to a 3-0 win over last-place Dordrecht, Utrecht and Excelsior battled to a 2-2 draw, Go Ahead Eagles salvaged a 1-1 draw with Heerenveen thanks to a stoppage-time equalizer from Wesley Verhoek and Willem II edged Den Haag, 1-0, with a goal from Samuel Armenteros in the 62nd minute.
