Eagles bring back Landri

The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms with defensive tackle Derek Landri on a one-year contract.

Landri appeared in 12 games for the Eagles last season, rejoining the team in October after being among the final cuts, and led the club with eight tackles for loss. He finished with 43 tackles overall, two sacks and one fumble recovery.

The 28-year-old Notre Dame product posted three sacks in 16 starts for Carolina in 2010. He spent his first three seasons with Jacksonville and owns eight career sacks with 158 tackles.
