Los Angeles, CA – The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed reliever Javy Guerra on the bereavement list as he tends to his father, who suffered a heart attack in Mexico Friday night.
Guerra, who is eligible to return to the roster on Tuesday, is 2-3 with a 3.00 ERA in 30 games this season.
The Dodgers also recalled right-hander Josh Wall from Triple-A Albuquerque. Wall, who has yet to make his major league debut, has gone 2-1 with 18 saves in 20 chances to go with a 5.68 ERA in 39 appearances for Albuquerque this year.
