The Jaromir Jagr Watch in Pittsburgh could end Wednesday, with Jagr either agreeing in principal to sign with the Penguins or the club walking away from a potential deal with the 39-year-old Czech star.
Jagr's agent, Petr Svoboda, told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that his client is en route to the United States and likely will have an answer upon his arrival.
"He is flying to New York (from the Czech Republic) right now," Svoboda told Rob Rossi of the Tribune-Review. "He is coming this afternoon and will tell us his answer then."

The Tribune-Review is reporting that the Penguins have set Wednesday as their deadline with Jagr, who can't sign a contract until noon ET on Friday, but can tell the team that he will or he won't any time before.
The reported offer on the table is for one year and $2 million.
"He was an icon in Pittsburgh," Shero told Rossi. "We'd like to see him finish his career here."
