Cordoba, Argentina (SportsNetwork.com) - Tommy Cocha birdied three of the last four holes on Sunday to pull away and win the Abierto OSDE del Centro.
Cocha finished his second straight PGA Tour Latinoamerica victory at 9-under- par 275. This was his third tour victory.
Two-time major champion Angel Cabrera (72) and Steven Fox (70) shared second place at minus-5.
Cabrera flew out of the gate with an eagle at the second and a birdie on No. 3 to grab the lead at 9-under. After five pars in a row, he bogeyed three straight holes from the ninth. Cabrera stemmed the tide with a birdie at 12, but bogeys at 15 and 17 dropped him to minus-5 and opened the door for Cocha.
Cocha, who led by two entering the final round, faltered to a double-bogey at the first. He got one stroke back with a birdie at two, but a bogey on the eighth put him at minus-6 at the turn.
The Argentine bogeyed the 10th and 14th, but in between those dropped shots made eagle on the par-5 12th. Cocha birdied No. 15 and followed with birdies at 16 and 18 to seal the win.
Fox had two bogeys and two birdies on the front nine. Around the turn, he carded a birdie at the 16th to go with eight pars.
Nathan Lashley (72) took fourth at 4-under-par 280 and Leandro Marelli (69) was two shots back at minus-2.
